Your ability to make informed decisions regarding the use of your personal information (as defined below) is important to us.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the "Privacy Policy ") is to explain the Hotel's procedures with respect to personal information collected when you use our website (as defined below) and how the Hotel collects, uses, transfers and secures the personal information collected by it when you use our website and including third-party components embedded in our website, social media accounts and application (all together hereinafter: the " Site "). The Site is intended to provide a convenient and secure platform for marketing the Hotel as well as for booking and purchasing accommodation and vacation packages at the Hotel.

Your use of the website of any kind, including leaving contact details with the hotel, constitutes your consent and approval of the privacy policy. Terms in this document that are not explicitly defined will be interpreted in accordance with the definitions given to them in the regulations, published at www.stayhg.com At the bottom of the web page under the words Terms of Service and Website Regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations ").
